We are dedicated to quality and freshness in our small-batch roasting, and use coffee roasting as a means to support our Thai staff with vocational training opportunities.
From having personal relationships with our coffee farmers to raising up young Thai leaders in the craft of coffee roasting, Bella Goose Roastery works in partnership with the local Thai community to produce high-quality product alongside high-quality training.

Our three main coffee blends include our:
Bold Blend - dark roasted coffee
BG Blend -medium-roasted coffee
Bright Blend - light-roasted coffee
We also have a rotation of specialty-roasted beans that are in a small batches throughout the year.

Most of our beans are from local coffee farms in the mountains of Northern Thailand. We do also roast some imported beans, which are tastefully blended into our Bold, Bright, and BG Blends.
